You can shop directly on metalladyco.com or through our shops on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required. You can check out as a guest, or create an account for faster checkout and order tracking.
Can I update or cancel an order?
Please email us at info@metalladyco.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your distance from Fairfield, CA (94533). Once you enter your address at checkout, the exact shipping cost will be displayed.
Orders over $50 ship free—no code needed.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we currently ship only within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order in the Shop app for real-time updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your order was damaged during shipping, please send photos to info@metalladyboutique.com so we can assist you.
Who pays for return shipping?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless photo proof of a defect is provided.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Returns and exchanges can also be started directly from your user account on our website. For assistance, you can always reach out to us by email.
